PASTA SALAD WITH TOFU – Incola

Makaron nie tylko jako danie główne! Tym razem przygotujemy pyszną, kolorową sałatkę. 

Do zjedzenia w domu albo na wynos. Sprawdzi się jako lunch w pracy.

for this recipe, we recommend::

INGREDIENTS:

50 g rocket
50 g spinach
1 cucumber
100 g cocktail tomatoes
1 avocado
roasted sunflower seeds
100 g panko tofu baked in an air fryer (you can fry it on a pan)
sauce

SAUCE:
plain yoghurt
lemon juice
herbs de Provence
garlic
salt, pepper

PREPARATION:

Prepare the tofu on the frying pan or in the air fryer.

Coat the tofu in egg and panko or breadcrumbs.

Cook the pasta according to the instruction on the packaging.

Mix all the vegetables, pasta and sunflower seeds.

Put the salad onto a plate or into a lunchbox and pour the sauce over it.

Place the tofu on top.
