Gluten-free fresh bread with poppy seeds Incola rated second by consumers in Poland in The Most Tasty Gluten-free Bread contest in 2020.
The contest is organized every other year by the Polish Coeliac Society. Consumers rate their favourite gluten-free bakery products in Internet voting, from among the products manufactured by very well-known but also smaller manufacturers of gluten-free bread.

Ingredients: Water, starches (maize, tapioca, potato), millet sourdough, rapeseeds oil, dietary fibre, egg’s white powder (eggs), rice bran, sugar, yeast, poppyseeds (1,3%), thickeners (xanthan gum, carboxymethylcellulose), humectants (glycerol), salt, natural flavour.
