Gluten-free fresh bread with seeds Incola won the most tasty gluten-free bread contest for the second time!
The contest is organized every other year by the Polish Coeliac Society. Polish consumers rate their favourite gluten-free bakery products in Internet voting, from among the products manufactured by very well-known but also smaller manufacturers of gluten-free bread.

Ingredients: water, starches (maize, tapioca, potato), millet sourdough, rapeseeds oil, seeds – 5,2% (linseeds, millet, sunflower seeds, chia seeds), vegetable fibre, egg’s white powder (eggs), rice and buckwheat bran, sugar, yeast, reed molasses, thickener (xanthan gum, carboxymethylcellulose), humectant (glycerine), salt.
Product is packed in a protective atmosphere. Gluten-free product.

Storage: Store in a temperature between 14 – 21°C, away from heat and sunlight.
