Safety and taste – this is what matters to us. All Incola products have been certified by the Polish Coeliac Society since September 2017. The Crossed Grain symbol on packaging is an important message for customers. You do not need to read the ingredients. The licensed crossed grain symbol guarantees that the products are safe for people suffering from food allergies and coeliac disease, and that the gluten amount contained does not exceed 20 ppm.
The history of Incola

We change address! The manufacturing plant and offices are relocated to Bielsko-Biała. Our address is Komorowicka 110. This is where our bakery and warehouses are.

We go for safety. Firstly – we have the IFS Food Certificate. The company’s quality policy is based on a system of controlling the entire production process, as well as the suppliers of all raw materials used in the plant.
Secondly – all Incola products are certified by the Polish Coeliac Society. The licensed symbol informs that the products are safe, and that the gluten content does not exceed 20 ppm.

Our products get awards!
In the contest for the most tasty gluten-free bread in the category of long shelf life bread, our fresh bread with seeds takes 1st place, and our brown vitalfit bread with seeds – 3rd place. We are awarded the TASTE LEADER title.
The contest was organised by the Polish Coeliac Society and voted on by customers.

We are appreciated by our customers again! This time, our gluten-free breads are awarded: fresh bread with seeds and with poppy seeds. They take, respectively, the first and the second place. And we enjoy the TASTE LEADER title for the second time.
