On 20 May 2023 in Warsaw, we participated in a conference organised on the occasion of the 18th International Celiac Disease Day. This event is always an opportunity to meet people on a gluten-free diet. This year’s meeting was held under the motto “CeliacJa – my life with gluten-free diet”. During the conference, participants had the opportunity to attend lectures on celiac disease and the gluten-free diet, as well as other co-morbidities.
In between lectures, participants had the opportunity to meet at stands prepared by the organisers and partners. At the stand prepared by INCOLA brand you could talk to company representatives about gluten-free diet, try gluten-free breads and cakes of our brand and buy your favourite products.
The conference was organised by the Polish Association of People with Coeliac Disease and on Gluten-Free Diet. Patronage of the conference was taken by the National Health Fund, the JM Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, the Polish Dietetics Association and Food Facts.
