Incola - tosty z puree jabłkowym



A sweet version of gluten-free French toast! For those who prefer sweet breakfasts. And another idea on how not to waste food!

for this recipe, we recommend::


4 slices of bread

a glass of whole milk

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

½ tsp cinnamon

a pinch of salt

2 tbsp apple mousse

3 tbsp butter

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp cinnamon sugar

honey or maple syrup to serve

an apple to serve


Heat the oven to 190°C. Line the tray with baking paper.

Divide each slice of bread into 3 parts.

Put eggs, milk, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and apple purée into a bowl.

Dip each piece of bread into the egg mixture and coat thoroughly. Place them on the baking tray. Spread each slice of toast with melted butter before placing them in the oven, lightly sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Bake for 10–15 minutes until browned and turn over halfway through baking.

Serve warm with honey and apples. The result is simply yummy!
