Gluten-free Croissants – Incola

Crispy croissants are a dessert that no one can resist. Topped with your favourite jam or preserves, they are perfect for an autumn gathering of friends over tea.

for this recipe, we recommend::

INGREDIENTS:

80 g cold butter
50 g sugar
300 g mix
1 egg
A pinch of salt
Half a jar of jam or marmalade

PREPARATION:

Knead the dough from the given ingredients. Cool in the fridge for an hour.
After this time, divide it into 2 parts.
Roll out each part and divide them into 8 triangles. Put a tsp of jam on each triangle and roll up into a croissant.
Bake in the oven heated to 180°C for about 30 mins.
