Kaiser rolls with avocadoaranth flour paste

Originally from North America, the avocado is a velvety-tasting fruit with versatile uses. We love it in paste form.

Avocados have many benefits – above all, they are a rich source of fatty acids. It is also a source of vitamins and minerals. In the kitchen, it is a very versatile fruit – it can be served in sweet and salty dishes.

Avocado paste as a topping for gluten-free kaiser rolls is just one idea!

for this recipe, we recommend::


2 ripe avocados

juice of 1 lime

spoon of mayonnaise

bunch of chives

approx. 10-15 pickled red chilli peppers

1 large pickled cucumber

salt, pepper to taste


Cut the avocado in half, scoop out the stone and flesh. Put the flesh into a bowl, pour the lime juice over it, season with salt and pepper and add the mayonnaise.

Mash to a paste with a fork. Add shredded chives and finely diced cucumber and chillies.

Mix thoroughly. Serve with gluten-free bread. It goes perfectly with a gluten-free poppy seed kaiser.
