GLUTEN-FREE PITA BUNS

Gluten-free and vegan pita bread is a great option for preparing healthy fast food yourself. When cut, the roll creates a pocket that is perfect for stuffing with your favorite stuffing. A bun that is toasted in advance becomes crispy.

Ingredients: starches (tapioca, corn), sourdough (water, corn starch, rice flour, buckwheat flour), water, chicory root fiber, rapeseed oil, yeast, sugar, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), humectant (glycerol), thickener (xanthan gum), salt, dried rice sourdough (rice milling products), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate).

A method of preparing:
Heat the bun in an oven preheated to 180°C for 6 minutes. After removing from the oven, cut the roll and stuff it with your favorite toppings.
